Yale St & Springfield Ave

In the spring of 2019, Springfield Avenue Partnership & Maplewood Township gained temporary rights to the lot at Yale St. & Springfield Ave while the property owners develop the property. We are working rapidly on programs for the community to help transition this space into a pocket park.

The Township has removed fencing and resurfaced. A volunteer group is creating pallet-chairs, and more community opportunities are underway.
